Portrait of Jenny Bright, LMHC

ABOUT

Meet Jenny

I hold a space of safety, confidentiality & upmost respect for my clients, the stories they have lived & their hopes for personal transformation. With my youngest clients, counseling is a collaborative process of shifting challenging habits & behaviors, or removing roadblocks impacting school adjustment and family harmony. I work in partnership with caregivers to take actionable steps, teaching skills & strategies to help children and adolescents thrive. With adult clients, we uncover patterns & behaviors causing pain, address trauma, shame, identity, or relationship issues; anything impacting optimal wellbeing.

In over 20 years as a clinician, I've coached and counseled children, adolescents and adults, through life transitions, complicated grief, loss and trauma, anxiety and depression, educational and career change, relationship struggles, social-emotional and developmental growing pains. I am honored to be a trusted guide & resource on your path.

I welcome getting to know you, or your child and family, and helping meet goals for healing, growth and lasting change. I see clients in person at my office in Marshfield and/or via telehealth sessions.
